Your personal data (portfolio entries, alert settings, preferences) remains yours. We claim no ownership over user-generated content.
The Service integrates with and relies upon third-party services including but not limited to OpenAI (AI generation), Finnhub (market data), Stripe (payment processing), and PayPal (payment processing). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
Market data provided through the Service is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete. We make no representations about the accuracy of market data displayed.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WhatToTrade and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any investment decisions made based on content from the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms, non-payment, or fraudulent activity.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which WhatToTrade operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive the right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative proceedings.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
